Terms and Conditions of Use uw1n Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall carry the meanings as stated:

• "uw1n" or "Platform" refers to the uw1n website, the uw1n mobile app, and all services provided under the uw1n brand.
• "Member" or "You" refers to an individual who has registered a uw1n account and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account registered on the uw1n platform.

The information provided must match your official identification documents (MyKad, passport, or driving licence). 3. Member Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uw1n account password. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out of your account after each session — especially when using a public or shared device. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions, even if carried out by a third party without your authorisation.

3.2 Fair and Responsible Use

Members are required to use the uw1n platform fairly and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or location-masking tool to hide your real location without prior written consent from uw1n.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained unlawfully.

3.3 Money Laundering and Fraud

Uw1n has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering, financial fraud, and any form of financial crime. If uw1n suspects that your account is being used for such purposes, we will report the activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully in any investigation. Accounts involved will be closed immediately, and all funds in the account may be seized.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Uw1n accepts deposits via a range of supported local Malaysian payment methods — including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen payment method and VIP membership tier.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 to 72 hours after the request is submitted, depending on the withdrawal method and account verification requirements. For first-time withdrawals, uw1n may require you to submit identity verification documents (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) along with proof of address for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are set based on your VIP membership tier. Regular members may withdraw up to RM 5,000 per day, while VIP Diamond members may withdraw up to RM 50,000 per day. Any withdrawal request exceeding the set limit requires manual approval from the uw1n finance team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All games on the uw1n platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body. The outcome of every game round is random, fair, and final. Any complaint regarding game outcomes will only be considered if there is clear technical evidence of a system failure — not mere dissatisfaction with a game result.

6.2 Suspected Unfair Play

If uw1n suspects that any member is involved in unfair or rule-violating gaming activity, we reserve the right to investigate the account in question, suspend it pending the outcome of the investigation, and permanently close it if the allegations are proven. All wins obtained through unfair means will be voided.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by uw1n

Uw1n reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if you are found to have violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this document. Grounds that may lead to account suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — providing false information during registration, abusing bonuses, colluding with other members, using automated software, or engaging in money laundering activities.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the uw1n customer support team via Live Chat or email. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal before the account is fully closed, subject to identity verification and compliance with any outstanding bonus conditions.
